Cursillo Renewal Weekends

About 30 members of St. Jude’s have attended a Cursillo Weekend.  Cursillo weekends are held several times a year within the beautiful beach setting at Camp St. Christopher on Seabrook Island.  Cursillo weekends are designed to teach the basics of Christian living, help people grow in their relationship with Christ, raise up Christian leaders.  They are also a lot of fun and a time to make new friends in Christ.

Daughters of the King (DOK)

The DOK is an Order for women who feel a call to undertake a Rule of Life of prayer and service in order to deepen one’s relationship with Jesus Christ and help be messengers of the Good News to others.

Motto: I am but one, but I am one.  I cannot do everything, but I can do something.  What I can do, I ought to do.  What I ought to do, by the grace of God, I will do.  Lord, what will you have me do?
